Aluminum elbows is made of an aluminum alloy material elbow, same as other material elbow, it is used in the turning connection of pipe fittings. Aluminum alloy elbow common alloy number has 1060,5052,5083,6061,6062 and so on.

There are many ways to classify aluminum elbows, According to the angle, there are  aluminum 45 degree elbow, aluminum 60 degree elbow, aluminum 90 degree elbow, aluminum 180 degree elbow, etc. These are common angles. Other angles, our factory can be customized according to customer requirements.
Manufacturing process of aluminum elbows:
The manufacturing process of aluminum elbows are Stamping、extrusion etc. The technology that we used is cold extrusion process of internal and external die, the aluminium elbows produced has more beautiful appearance, more uniform thickness and less deviation.

Standard for making aluminum elbows: The quality of aluminum elbows should meet the requirements of appearance quality, and the surface of aluminum elbows should be free from cracks and sand sticking, no dents or depressions beyond the wall thickness are allowed on the surface. If there is a small crack, should be all worn out, grinding depth shall not exceed the specified size standards, smooth transition between grinding and non machining surfaces should be smooth.

The aluminum elbows needs the correct maintenance and the maintenance, due to the soft texture of aluminum material, so in use, according to the use of the environment, regular cleaning. In case of erosion and pollution, the soft cloth can be dipped in alcohol, washed with clean water, and can not be washed with acid or alkaline detergent, and should be cleaned by warm water with lubricant or neutral detergent.
